Personal data is processed in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25, Québec) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA, Canada).

Personal information that may be communicated to the firm, in particular when booking an appointment through external tools or when exchanging emails, is used exclusively to respond to requests submitted by the individuals concerned or to ensure the proper functioning of the services offered.

No data is sold, assigned or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Third parties may, however, act as technical service providers (hosting, IT tools, etc.) and are then bound by the same confidentiality obligations as the firm.

External services (Calendly)

Appointment scheduling is handled via the external platform Calendly. When you click on one of the appointment buttons on the “Contact” page, you are redirected to Calendly to choose the date and time of your consultation. The information requested (name, email address, availability, etc.) is collected and processed directly by Calendly in accordance with its own Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. Information relating to the appointment may then be transmitted to the firm in order to organize the meeting. No personal data related to appointment booking is collected or stored directly on this website, apart from technical logs required for its proper functioning. Consultations booked through Calendly are billed at the rate indicated at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting Me Chiraz Ouni at the email address indicated above. In certain cases, legal or contractual obligations may justify the retention of some information for a defined period.

Consent before booking an appointment

Before accessing Calendly from the “Contact” page, you are asked to confirm that you have read and accepted this Legal Notice and Privacy Policy and that you understand that any consultation booked will be billed at the applicable rate. By ticking the confirmation box and clicking on an appointment button, you expressly acknowledge and accept these terms.

4. Use of cookies

This website uses cookies required for its proper operation and security, as well as a cookie used to remember your consent choice. The website also uses the Google Ads tag, notably to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and appointment bookings. External services, such as Calendly, may also use their own cookies in accordance with their privacy and cookie policies.
